Joy Division was an English rock band who pioneered the post-punk movement in the late 1970s. They formed in 1976 in Manchester, consisting of Ian Curtis on vocals, Bernard Sumner on guitar and keyboard, Peter Hook on bass guitar and Stephen Morris on drums. Joy Division's debut album, Unknown Pleasures, was released in 1979 and received high acclaim from the British press. Despite this, Ian Curtis was struggling with depression, epilepsy, and a dissolving marriage.

On the eve of their first American tour, in May 1980, Curtis committed suicide. Shortly afterwards Joy Division released their second album, entitled Closer, and their highest charting single "Love Will Tear Us Apart". After the death of Curtis, the other members of Joy Division formed New Order and achieved commercial success.

Here are the Young Men features Joy Division live at the Apollo Theatre, Manchester on the 27th and the 28th of October 1979, and at the Effenaar, Eindhoven on the 18th of January 1980. It is a video bootleg that features several live tracks and the promotional video for Love Will Tear Us Apart at the end. The quality of this footage is quite poor, however, the sound is pretty good and it is about as good as it gets when it comes to Joy Division live video footage.

Here are two omitted unreleased Rancid songs from the new album, Let the Dominoes Fall. The first is called "Oil and Opium" and it is a faster paced Rancid song with Lars singing, quite like the songs on Lets Go. The next is an electric version of "Outgunned". The acoustic version of this song is featured on the Let the Dominoes Fall bonus acoustic CD. It sounds great electrically, too bad it was not on the album. Enjoy!
